IT Support Contracts

Finding the Right level of IT support
Each business has individual needs, and not every business needs the same services. In order to determine what’s right for your business and budget, we’ll meet with you personally to determine your priorities. An on-site survey will be conducted to document the technology currently in place and we will provide you with a summary of our findings and recommendations, known as our Network Documentation file. This file is essential to the support process and allows you to keep current with what you have, what you may be lacking, and gives us a clear path on how to move forward to support you best by having a current manifest of your network details at our fingertips,
TAT, Inc. offers three basic types of support contracts, and we give you the flexibility to move around from one plan to another as your business needs change. Our à la carte plan allows you to pick and choose what gets done and when, allowing you to make the best choice based on what needs to get done immediately vs. current budgeting. This plan is most ideal for small groups consisting of 5 or less work stations that want the security of knowing that there is IT support out there for them, but on their terms.
Our telephone and secure remote IT support uses SSL/VPN technology and makes us a leader in allowing you instant onsite access by a technician in a fraction of the normal response time. Upon your request, we will schedule remote admission to your systems to have real-time support walking you thru your questions, problem solving and some basic maintenance updates. When your networks are accessed remotely, we are doing so thru either your own existing VPN/firewall technology, or by using our own SSL/VPN system if one is not in place. Each support professional will always endeavor to solve the problem as quickly as possible because we know that time is money for all parties concerned. While telephone and remote support is not possible for every situation, it allows you to save time because we are “instantly” there and you achieve peace of mind knowing that help and solutions are only a phone call away. At the end of each month, you receive a sheet of support calls made by your staff detailing the length of time taken to resolve the support issues received during the past four weeks.
We also offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and hardware support contracts on all equipment, purchased from TAT, Inc or not. We understand that vital components such as firewalls, servers and switches need attention and constant updating to continue to protect your business and keep you compliant with the ever-changing regulations of the SCC.

A Better class of IT support contracts
TAT, Inc. believes strongly in the quality and clarity of our support contracts. We understand that in a world of fast changing options, you don’t want to be tied into a long-term contract; at the same time, you want to know that you made the best decision possible. We conduct regular appraisals and interviews so we can verify that your contract is working best for you.   Another great benefit of our contracts is that your  purchased IT support hours don’t have to be regulated to genuine IT support issues. We will not discriminate between supporting problems that may crop up in a bad day and supporting routine administrative tasks. Commonplace IT housekeeping chores that can be vital to daily function are simply a phone call away and accomplished via remote support. And feel secure knowing that every time modification or update is made to your business network, you will receive an updated copy of your Network Documentation file. We never want to make you feel obligated to us as we won’t be the only people to understand how your system works.
