* Telephone support is offered Mon-Thur from 8am to 6pm and Fri from 8am-4pm, Basic plans include up to 4 hours per month, Professional plans include up to 8 hours per month, Premium plans include up to 12 hours per month of telephone support.
** Remote Control support is offered Mon-Thur from 8am to 5pm and Fri from 9am-4pm, Basic plans include up to 4 hours per month, Professional plans include up to 8 hours per month, Premium plans include up to 12 hours per month of remote control support.
*** After Hours Support must be arranged 24 hour in advance and is offered from (6pm-8am M-F, Sat/Sun at an additional charge)
